Our objective is to turn every beer lover into a master brewer and connect everyone via our brewing platform. MINIBREW started in 2015, completed two successful crowdfunding campaigns and raised EUR 10 million to push the first 1500 products into the market from 2019. We expect to double in users next year.

As a part of the MiniBrew team you will have an important role in our customer experience and delivery team. We seek for a person who’s self-motivated and proactive to streamline the process between delivery and the first brew. 

About the Role

As a Technical Experience Specialist you will provide amazing support to our customers by:

  • Following up on technical brewing and how to questions
  • Changing the stage of the brew process and communicating with users
  • Investigate and answering customer technical tickets about onboarding, brewing and serving beer
  • Troubleshoot issues with customers (on the phone and through chat)
  • Identify friction and improvement points for our product and help center
  • Submit tickets to our software development team regarding customer feedback

In order to do that, you will interact with our software, hardware and CX employees.

    • Be available during evening and weekends
    • Calm and positive, even under pressure from customers
    • Friendly with a helpful approach and good empathy
    • Good communication skills
    • Good listener, asking the right questions, including "why?
    • Want to fix things and have hustler skills to get things done
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, in writing and speaking
    • At least 2-3 years of similar work experience
